Basic health check 
 

Included at the start of all services, a quick assessment will be carried out of your dog's overall health and any findings will be reported back to you. Areas checked include head (face, nose, eyes, ears and mouth), legs, paws, chest, back and sides, neck and throat areas, tummy, groin, armpits and tail.

Full groom

​

Depending on breed and coat type, this will include bathing, drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, deshedding/ brush and coat styling using clippers and scissors.

Maintenance

​

Popular with clients to help maintain their pet's coat inbetween full grooming appointments, this includes a bath, deshed/ brush, ear clean and nail trim. Sometimes a fringe/ face and feet trim or ears and feet trim can be included but may affect the price. No body or leg trimming or hand stripping is included in this appointment.​

Hand stripping

​

Perfect for silky or wire coated breeds (e.g spaniels, setters and terriers), hand stripping the coat involves removing the dead top coat using finger and thumb or a banded comb to reveal the beautiful undercoat that lies beneath. Hand stripping helps preserve the coat texture and colour while remaining weather proof and protecting the skin. Please note bathing is not included in the same appointment as wire coat strips to help protect the skin against post grooming furunculosis (a skin infection which can be caused by bacteria often found in water, shampoo, products etc). Bathing should commence either 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after hand stripping takes place.

Puppy intro

​​

Puppies are able to come for their first grooming experince about a week after they've had their final puppy vaccinations. The first session starts with a gentle introduction involving bathing, drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning and nail trimming. The second session includes the above alongside a fringe/ face or ears and feet tidy, introducing scissors in this appointment. Puppy should then be ready for their first groom including clippers.
